Mom's Day

The day started off bad by Chunky throwing up at 8:15.(If he would have just done it a half hour eariler I could have slept in) Then again a half hour later. Then just to feel like he was a part of the party Elmo threw up as well. I'm hoping this isn't a trend and Britton and Brady start in too. But, I LOVE Mother's day cards. They are the best. My favorite part of Brady's card is the part about being an Outstanding shopper.(giggle) Britton made me a origami flower that Chunky bought from Him to give to me and a origami yellow dolphin. I love everything. (except the throw up)
My Hubbie totally surprized me with an Awesome mixer. (this is my Vanna pose)

Family night...Kickball

So a few of us families got together for a Kickball game on Monday night. It ended up being kids vs. Adults. It was a lot of fun.

The many talents of Memzy

Did anyone know that Memz cuts hair? Not just cuts hair but does it WELL! She cut all three of my boys hair and taught me how she does it. I swear she took 2 pounds off of Chunky's head. They all look super handsome. Thanks Memz for sharing your talents with us.

It's about time...

I'm so proud of us. It's only taken 11 and a half years of having children to start doing family night. Oh we've done what WE call family night, but not what it's suppose to be. You all know what I'm talking about. You go shopping, watch TV, play a game, ect.. together on Monday night and you get ice cream at the end and call it family night. So we've been going for five weeks strong now and so I thought it was time to make the FAMILY NIGHT Board. The best part is when Chunky conducts the meeting. He 'turns the time over to...' really well. giggle

Brady's trackmeet

After the practice trackmeet last week I decided that he wasn't getting the coaching he needed. (too many kids) So we took Brady to the school closest to us in the evening and practiced with him. It worked, he did great!
Nate Jones came to cheer Brady on.( Actually Kellie just wanted to visit with me and Liesl. It's kind of like girls day out.)

Music Video ..Best Day Ever (BR Boys and W8 Boys)

The Waite boys spent the night last night. The kids had a great time.

My talented Britton!

We bought Britton an origami calendar for Christmas last year. A different piece of origami a day for a year. Best gift we EVER got him. He has done every single one of them. This week he showed me the flower he made. I liked it so much I made him make me a centerpiece. I love it.

Grandma's sewing machine

My sewing machine got broke(Chunky)about a year ago. Everytime I needed to sew something I ended up at Kellie's house. Which has been a lot of fun, but not as easy as having your own machine. So I decided I wanted to make Easter ties for my boys. I was going to ask my Mom if I could sew them over there and then it came to me....My Grandma's sewing machine was in my parents garage. It's been there since she passed away 6 and a half years ago. No one took it because Marci and I had our own. My Dad said he just couldn't throw it away. I'm very glad. I have so many wonderful memories of sewing outfit with my G-ma with that machine. I was just praying it would still work after all these years. It worked greated and I remembered how it thread it and everything. So thanks to my parents for giving me such a wonderful gift. It reminds me that my G-ma is still here watching over me.
